Data Views
Our "Workspaces" allow you to access and filter your data. You can then either use the Table View or the Detail View to do your work. We also offer an advanced Search View.
Workspaces:
See them like folders that hold all of your objects, people, locations and other data.

Create as many Workspaces as you like and optionally organise them into folders.​

Use Workspaces to filter or sort your data and store them for future use.​

Create Workspaces by manually selecting items or using search criteria.

Create public folders to be seen by all people in your organisation.
Table View:
This view allows you to get a quick overview about multiple objects and compare certain values.

Sort or Filter to narrow down the table​.

The table also shows you the completeness(es) of objects​.

Edit data right in the table by clicking on the value.​

Switch over to the detail view to see all data of one object.
Detail View:
If you want to see all the data around one object, then this view is for you.

We can organise all fields into tabs and panels for easy viewing.

Edit any data by simply clicking on the value.

Add relations, upload files or create tasks around the object.​

Print object data using our print templates.

Search View:

You can search each field of your input masks for the desired term.

Boolean operators and other search criteria help to narrow down the result.
Display Widgets:
Some data is not very userfriendly. We can transfrom it to be visible.

Show a map when you enter GPS coordinates.

Show a colored swatch when you enter a RGB, HEX or color name.​

Show the video when you enter a Youtube URL.​

Show a screenshot of a website when you enter a URL.
