Data Entry
You want to create a new record, update existing ones or delete others. Because this is part of your day-to-day job, we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
Entry Methods:
There are three ways to update data within Moebius.

Use manual edit to update one record at a time.

Use batch update to apply changes to multiple objects at once.

Create or update records via importing a csv file.
Validation:
We want to prevent that you enter data which is wrong.

Define min/max length of strings.

Define min/max values of numbers.​

Define allowed values via taxonomies​.

Define that each value must be unique.
Completeness:
You decide when your work is ready.

Define by rule which fields have to be at least filled​ in.

Create multiple completenesses, such as one for "Intake" and one for "Web-Ready", each with its own rules.

Filter by completeness to see only items that need work.

Use Completeness to publish objects to your website so that only completed objects are displayed.
History:
You always know who did what and when.

Each value change is trackable and gives you great insight into the activities.​

Moebius visualizes which users made changes and also shows the date and time when the update happened.​

If the field is a multi-langauge field then also the changed language is shown.​

Each change can be made undone. This way you can revert changes that have been done by mistake.
Language AI Support:
Some data needs to be stored in more than one language.

Store data in as many languages as you wish with our AI supported translation module.
