We map your internal processes like accessions, object movements, exhibitions, loans or restauration tasks with workflows for efficient multi-party task completion.
Workflows:
We have a number of basic workflows available and are happy to customise any others to suit your needs.

  • Accession and Deaccession for simplified object registration and checkout.

  • View for quick access for infrequent users and easy staff onboarding. Manual object check or via QR code.

  • Move to easily change the location of your objects.

  • Print for quick print of inlays, labels with QR code etc.

Task Management:
Track what needs to be done per object. And by whom.

  • Create tasks on objects (such as "Fix a scratch in the top corner").

  • Assign these tasks to other users.

  • Your own tasks are displayed in your dashboard, along with the latest comments to keep you up to date.

  • Comments feature allows for on-the-spot discussion of tasks.
